  Only rated 5 stars so this would be seen. The staff, including the managers at this McDonald's food chain are highly disrespectful and beyond unkind. Lack of politeness, very rude, unable to take responsibility of an error, I come to this McDonald's because it is right by my work place, hoping that the service gets better every time I do go into this McDonald's and I walk out angry. I don't understand why it is so hard to be kind, it is their job. They deal with people on the daily. I have never in 7 months of going there gotten a "thank you" , "you're welcome" or even a "have a good day" or "how are you". I get nothing. Very disappointing because me myself has worked at a McDonald's, if I ever had acted the way the employees or managers act here, I would be fired. They are constantly on their phones or standing and talking during rush hours, GET YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CHECK!

  This is one of the more reputable McDonald's in the area. They usually keep the drive thru line moving and don't often mess up you order. Generally the food is pretty fresh too.

  Horrible experience st this McDonald's. Not only they fucked up my order but I also saw a lady scratching her head then started touching my food!!!
